Keep going!

Good morning! Another new day but with the same old issues. It’s a constant battle dealing with mental health but we have to keep going, not just for our loved ones but for ourselves. Maybe we should all draw on the strength we have to keep getting up and keep fighting this and use it in a positive way. Look at the things we have going for us, the people we have around us who love us, who want to be there for us and give us all the support we need. There are alot of things I need in my life, things I don’t have but what I do have and am truly grateful for are my wife, my daughter, my step kids, who I love like they’re my own, my grandkids, my parents and my brother. These people, as well as for me, are enough to keep me going, to keep telling me I have to fight my depression and anxiety so that I can once again enjoy all the good times with the ones who matter most in my life. I will overcome my mental health and get back to the person I once was. Just need to keep going.

  1. Family/friends/loved ones are so important when dealing with mental health problems. They are there to celebrate each little victory, pick you up when you are down, be your support/lifeline when needed, and the love you share gives you a reason to keep going. It sounds like you have a lot of people who love you that are in your corner! I’m happy you have such a great support system!

    1. I couldn’t get thru any of this without them, they have been my rock and picked me up so many times during my struggles. I have to keep going for them too. Thank you for your lovely comment. Much needed this morning xx
